  • A structured, high-intensity training program designed for athletes

  • Focus on strength, agility, endurance, and injury prevention

  • Ideal for football, basketball, soccer, and hockey players looking to improve their game.

Schedule & Format:

  • Training Days: Monady to Thursday

  • Session Duration: 75 minutes

  • Flexible Drop-In: Athletes can arrive anytime between 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM
